Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from this page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then automatically downgrades to Free.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Nothing is taken away. Files already shared stay accessible until they expire, you keep access to every tool, and new uploads are capped to the Free plan file size and its daily limit. Credits you bought outright do not expire.
What are credits used for?
Only the tools that cost us money per run: OCR (Extract Text), the AI Writer, AI PDF Summarizer, AI Image Generator, Image Upscale, Remove Background and Replace Background. Every other tool — all the PDF, image, QR and data tools, and file sharing — is free and costs no credits at all.
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
Yes, and you do not need a subscription to do it. Anyone, including free users, can buy credit packs from the Buy Credits page and use the AI and OCR tools without upgrading.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. Open any tool and use it straight away — you are only asked to sign in at the point you download the result, so nothing you have done is lost. A free account then covers 5 files a day.
Which tools are behind the Pro plan?
None of them. Every tool works on the free plan. Pro removes the 5-a-day limit and includes monthly credits for the AI and OCR tools; it does not unlock anything that was hidden.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments go through Razorpay — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
